As all deliveries requires a signature, please make sure someone is available to sign for it. If not, a note should be left by the courier/postal company and another attempt will be made. No further attempt will be made by the courier company if the second delivery fails.

We will be working to find other more economical options for UK & International deliveries in the near future, so delivery prices may change.



Cancellation Policies

If your order has NOT been dispatched, you can choose to cancel your orders. Unfortunately, there is a small fees for any full or partial cancellations or refunds. The fee will be 10 percent (10%) of the total value (incl. delivery fees) to be refunded.

This is to cover the administrative costs and charges that we incur from our payment processing partners for refund payments.

So please make sure you are satisfied before placing your orders. We will gladly help you in any ways possible to make your decisions easier.

Return & Refund Policies

Due to the nature of wigs & hairs, customer & product protection and for hygiene purposes, we DO NOT accept returns for any of our wigs or hair extension products unless it is wrongly sent. Please make sure that you are satisfied before placing your order.

For other items, you can make claims for refund, but each case will be reviewed individually.

For all claims, defective or damaged items, the following process applies...
  1. Claims must be reported BEFORE any usage
  2. Item must be reported & returned within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, after this time, we are unable to accept any returns
  3. Item is returned in its original, unused condition and packagings. Any indications which suggests otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse any returns
  4. Item returned via Recorded Delivery
  5. Your return carriage fee is non-refundable
Wrong Items Sent
All our products are carefully checked and packed to prevent damages. But in the event that we have made a mistake, we will refund you in full including your return carriage fees.
All wrongly sent or damaged items must be informed to us before it is opened/used.

Customs Duty and Taxes (Oversea Customers Only)

Oversea customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes which may arise. We will do all we can to help with this situation, but it is up to each customer to check their own Country's situation.
